Andrew Pemberton is a qualified Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building, member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and a RICS registered valuer.

As well as Property Care Association certificated surveyor in remedial treatments – Damp, Wood Destroying Fungi and Wood Boring Insects.
 

Property Care Association certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing – Below Ground Structures and Basements.
 

Andrew has worked in the residential property sector for 25 years, has experience in residential property surveys, property defect diagnosis and building construction. Has worked in the property care and preservation sector which includes damp proofing, woodworm and dry rot treatments, basement waterproofing. He has experience in the insurance repair sector which includes fire, flood and subsidence claims

Pemberton Chartered Surveyors is a Cardiff based, RICS Regulated, private building surveying practise delivering a friendly, high quality, informative and professional service.
